Check to see if your insurance policy will cover the visits! Simply call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card and ask to speak with a representative.

Mention that sessions will be done through Telehealth, ask if you need a diagnosis, or have a copay and you are all set!

Please ask your rep how many sessions you have per calendar year. Depending on the company the number of visits vary from 0 to unlimited depending on medical need. Please inform them these sessions will be through telehealth.

Do I have a copay?

Dietitians are considered specialists so usually your copay is listed on the front of your insurance card. You can confirm with your insurance rep how much you will owe. There are certain occasions like preventative care where co-pays may be waived.
