When dinners start to get boring, jazz it up with some shawarma seasoning for a middle eastern spin. Tripe the recipe and store for later use.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
4 Tbsp ground cumin
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Uses:
Add to lentils and pair with a pita hummus or tahini sauce
Marinate chicken thighs
Toss into hummus or in plain Greek yogurt, pair with pita chips.
