Ingredients:
8 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 - 1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup blended orange or TJ's orange champaign vinegar
1/8 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cloves
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Uncover and cook on high for an additional 2-3 hours.
Makes: 5 cups

Uses:
Add to pancakes
Toss into banana bread for a cranberry swirl
Spread onto a chicken sandwich
Make it a meal and add it to acorn squash with quinoa and chickpeas
Top onto a white fish like cod or mahi mahi
