Easy Slow Cooker Cranberry Sauce





Ingredients:

  • 8 cups fresh cranberries

  • 3/4 - 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup blended orange or TJ's orange champaign vinegar

  • 1/8 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp cloves

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:


Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Uncover and cook on high for an additional 2-3 hours.


Makes: 5 cups


Calories: 20-25/Tbsp


Uses:

  • Add to pancakes

  • Toss into banana bread for a cranberry swirl

  • Spread onto a chicken sandwich

  • Make it a meal and add it to acorn squash with quinoa and chickpeas

  • Top onto a white fish like cod or mahi mahi
