This low calorie spice blend does wonders for flavoring meats & provides health benefits.
Recipe:
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric & a pinch of black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
optional add ins: 1 tsp Trader Joe's mushroom seasoning & 2 tsp Trader Joe's bbq coffee rub
2 lbs of chicken drums - Remove skin for a lower cal option
Directions:
Blend spice mix. Take a large glass container that has a lid. Add chicken and toss in the spices. Cap the container.
Shake until chicken is evenly coated.
Bake, grill, or air fry.
